  • Before filling online application form candidate must have scanned copy of full face Color Photograph and Signature of size not greater than 35KB, 30KB respectively. The photograph and signature should be either in '.jpeg' or '.jpg' format.
  • Please remember the Password given by you & Application Number, which will be generated automatically after submission of your online application form (Please note that this application number will be user id). It is important for online payment, future login and admission process.
  • Applicants need not send hard copy of Application Form or any Document unless and until asked by this office. However, he/she should take printout of Application Form for his/her personal record.
  • On successful submission of prescribed online Application Form you are requested to pay required application fees through online portal, for which link will be available after submitting application form Or it is also available under login section. No other mode of payment (Cash/Cheque/DD) will be accepted .

Admissions for MBBS, MD/MS and DM/MCh are being done by DGHS/MCC, therefore students are requested to get aquainted with important dates on the https://www.nbe.edu.in/ and  https://mcc.nic.in
